It is a Durango landmark, ran by locals, for locals. It is good food, and cheap. If you are a tourist don't go. It is supported by long time locals who have grown-up up and lived in Durango for generations. It has no desire to cater to 'foodies' who care about the ambience, or service. Locallt owned...
The food is Excellent! Would eat there everyday if I could. To the previous review about charging for Chips & Salsa; what a joke! I agree with the waitress...And to compare this place to Taco Bell, if you consider Taco Bell Mexican Food you know nothing about!
Chef Chris Bell serves up delicious food with flair, classy presentation and taste delights served up by friendly staff. Great views of Animas Valley, gorgeous bar and relaxed atmosphere during happy hour can't be beat...and no parking hassles. This place is a real sleeper, I hesitated to share but...
I love the the sauce and crusts!!

Maybe they should think about a relationship towards what puts a paycheck in their pockets. Should've at...
Excellent breakfast burritos! Its a very comfy atmosphere!
My favorite spot since I was 13..I still fly in every year from Phx and get burritos to take home. The green chili burriots rock!
A wonderful dining experience. There was a wait to be seated but it was well worth it. Don't leave without trying the flan.
