My experience with the quality of the food was horrible. The chicken was dry and the Red beans & rice was sooooo dry too. I eat at popeys once a week and never had a problem with the food before. Maybe they just was having a bad day.

This place is marginal at best. The food lacks flavor and large portions could leave you looking like the owner. This is really a bar and the servers are non-caring and slow. The waitresses were hitting on my date.
