One of the few Chinese restaurants we will dine at. The other being the Peking Inn in Camarillo. This restaurant is the closest to the restaurants we ate at in the San Gabriel valley when we lived in the LA area. Asians eat here which is my sign of good Chinese food.

I LOVE their sandwiches and they have THE BEST FRIES!! Super friendly employees! I wish it was next door...
Snappy refreshing service and very tasty food.
Duke's used to be one of the best little burger shops on the beach. We'd been going for years. No longer. Duke's is under "new management" and they've dropped their World famous fried calamari. Their food is decent, but the service is a bit surly and the "new management" just doesn't take care of th...
Worst Mexican food I have ever had. I was very disappointed. I had heard it was good.....
I would have loved to rate Prime as a 4 to 5 star restaurant (I would rate it 3.5 stars if possible). This is our third time dining at the Prime, and they are improving, but still have a way to go. We enjoyed the 4-course meal off the special "Chef's Preview" menu, and thoroughly enjoyed each cour...
The food was excellent. Service rating is low because server appeared to be a busboy instead of a trained waiter, perhaps because they were under staffed. He did not serve like an experienced server at an upscale restaurant. Downgraded ambience because the entertainer was so loud we could not car...

The food was actually very tasty and unique, the value was good also. For a great sandwich and fresh salad with a juice drink I I think I paid around $9. So why you may ask didn't I give this restraunt a higher rating?? The service (would you believe she told us she was the owner? Totally RUDE!!!...

You've got to be kidding! Really bad!!!!! Starting off with the water, it had a funky taste. Ordered raspberry iced tea - no flavor My sweetie ordered cherry coke - got bland iced tea. Sent it back. Sent my iced tea back - got cherry coke. That was the beginning. Service - couldn't understand...
'Forced to pay for food we sent back and never ate!" Just an awful experience! Went there with my gal on a Saturday night for a nice romantic dinner. We had reservations for 7 PM.Our waiter was nice, but the service was a bit on the slow side, I figured this was due to the weekend crowd...
Food was not hot Food was not what was described on the menu Circus-like atmosphere Long wait times Unorganized staffing Indifferent owner Many negative reviews
Unfortunately my husband and I tried this place for the first time a week ago for take out and it was horrible!! We love orange chicken but what we go was something that kind of looked like orange chicken but instead of the normal orange red sauce it had an orange brown sauce that tasted rancid. Th...
We are done with this place! The last time the spring rolls were rancid. This time the food was just plain bad and the atmosphere was hot and overwhelming with sesame oil and incense. We asked for crispy noodles and were told it would be $1.75. Same thing for fried wontons. One large bowl of hot/...

Go spend your money somewhere else...seriously! Their food is mediocre at best. It's obvious they use low quality ingredients and to make matters worse the food is too overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Trust me on this.

Ventura has no topper to "Pauline's" Gourmet Oriental. Always fresh, never any MSG, and tastes that brings our family back for more. My daughter, the world's most finicky eater, consistently requests her favorite - Tangerine Chicken.
