Toto's has authentic mexican food. It is family owned and operated. We eat there often as it is the best place in Running Springs to eat. Some of our favorites are the Carne Asada Burrito, wet of course and they have delicious Coconut Shrimp sometimes on special on weekends.
Although this restaurant has a great location, it has been vacant for a long time. My ratings are based on the last time we did eat there though. Hopefully the future will find a friendly diner re-opening at this location.
