Great place for families or group meetings. They have three meeting rooms that will accomidate large groups.Good food (especially the pizza) fairly priced.
Excelent pizza for the whole family. A fantastic place for group meetings. Better pizza than franchise by far. The fixins are fresh daily and not frozen. You'll love it and make it a regular.
Ok OK they have great pizza and salad bar. but its isthe best place in town for meetings and parties. The employees go way out of their way to accomidate patrons. Hard to believe there is still a restraraunt that caters to its customers.
Fred and his fine crew have been throwing and serving excellent pies for 30 years at Angelo's on California St. in Foundry Square in Redding. Grab the gang and head to Angelo's for some killer pizza, pitchers of beer and good times. You'll be back again and again.---Budd Hodges

Beats the hell out of Chipotle, however they make their chicken/pork/whatever is beyond me but the stuff is fantastic. Subway style set up, go in and build a burrito, then they wrap it for you. Majorly filling stuff, around 10$ for a burrito and a drink. Definitely a solid option.
I purchased supposedly fresh petrale sole from their market. The petrale sole was 'in season' at the time. When I rushed home to prepare it, i opened up the plastic wrap and it had a strong fishy odor, the sign of OLD fish. How horrible. I live about 25 minutes away from Redding so the next business...
the food was disgusting. it had too much garlic salt, and dripping with oil. i looked over in the market when i was done with dinner and saw a big hunk of dark BROWN ahi (fresh ahi is bright red). our waitress was sweet, but i dont think i will be going back.
One dine in experience resulted in a very oily squid stake that kept reminding me of my experience for two days. The seafood market resulted in 4 decomposing crabs. Unfortunately, this was not known until all had been partially eaten by us. I caught a strange smell and brought the crab body to ...
They don't have there own recipe for sourdough bread they buy dough blanks from Redding French Bakery, and there"made fresh everyday" Clam Chowder comes from a can Legout is the brand if I recall. The Fish and Chips are reasonably safe because they sell enough of them to keep fresh fish going throug...
I used to live in Redding in the 80's and frequented Buz's quite often. I now live in Sacramento and make Buz's a "must" everytime I visit the north state. I've always had a satisfying meal at Buz's. The fish and chips is always fresh and well cooked and the charbroiled fish plentiful and tasty. Ma...
The food at Buz's Crab is absolutely the best seafood myself and my family have ever eaten. I had to try them out based on recommendation of my friends who eat there regularly when passing through the area. The sea food market is equally good offering fresh fish from Eureka, CA that they bring in on...
THE BEST fresh crab we have ever had and they cook it right at the location. The atmosphere of the resteraunt is very nice and clean. The service was excellent. We enjoyed the food very much and will definitly be back.
best seafood I have ever eaten.
The sourdough recipe is in fact their own - Redding French Bakery just makes the dough blanks for them. The fish is delivered regularly by climate controlled trucks from Eureka, CA and is fresh. It’s a great restaurant that doesn't make any claims that are untrue. And yes I also used to work there -...
While on vacation at Lakehead, we saw an ad in the local newspaper with a menu from Buz's which peaked our interest. My husband and I agreed that the prawns and oyster lunch/dinner (separate days)were the best we've eaten any where, including SF's Fisherman's Wharf.
Largest variety I've ever seen anywhere everything we ate was great, crab was the best ever, staff very friendly and helpful and whole restaurant was very clean and neat great wharf atmosphere. If you like seafood thats the only place to go, prices are great even better than the coast and you can't ...
The grilled fish is very good and the fish is always fresh. I eat there often and enjoy the food, staff and the price. You can also eat healthy from the menu or completely go wild with fish and chips.
Great menu and not too expensive. Buz's is a regular place for us and we have never been disappointed. Restaurant is well kept and very popular amongst locals. They also sell crab outside when in season.
