Great food. our service seemed fairly slow for a not very busy night. We were pleased, however overall and would go again.
A nice, clean well lighted and decorated setting. The menu has many superb selections. The food is consistent in taste and quality. I recommend the potstickers, mushu pork, and eggplant. the chow mein is very good, too. A good family restaurant.
An exceptional restaurant for a summertime lunch or dinner on their patio. Inside is not as great ambience-wise. Very good menu selections. Excellent food and very good service. Pasta was done to perfection!

Very casual pub ambiance. Usually quite noisy when busy. Good menu selection. We go frequently for their excellent salads (most offered with full and half portions). Service is friendly, but not attentive. Discount for seniors. Dress warmly, they keep it very cold!
I lOVE MIMI CAFE IN MODESTO I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT ANYTIME I HAVE ALWAYS HAD AN AWSOME WAITER AND THEY COME TO THE TABLE AT LEAST 3/5 TIMES..THATS TO BAD ABOUT THAT PERVIOUS CUSTOMER BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING YOURSELF AND MAYBE YOU WOULD HAVE HAD DESERT ON THE HOUSE:(
Hard to find and only open on Thursday-Saturday but worth it if you like Southern style fried catfish. Much like a New Orleans mom & pop seafood restaurant.
it's nice and clean and friendly... hardly ever busy... so it's relaxing... food is good... but I have always liked taco bell better myself...

The food is truly great, but portions are meager. the people working there are not very friendly. Don't want to recommend friends if the staff don't want to make you feel like you or your business is important to them. I will see if there is any change in one week before I change my ratings.
Three friends and I showed up for some drinks and dinner. The restaurant said they had no tables available, so we ate appetizers and had drinks in the "lobby/bar". Stayed for over an hour- and approximately 10 table were still open in the dining area by the time we left. What a joke!
I moved away from Marcellas about 15 years ago and live in Washington state. I haven't found food made with the care that it's made since. I miss my friends there and hope to see them again one day. Rene'
