A little bit of a wait, but good food! Good variety and small atmosphere.
I DRIVE 2 HRS TO AND FROM WORK EVERY DAY OFTEN STOPPING FOR A BURGER. I WANTED SOMETHING DIFFERENT SAW LONG JOHN SILVERS AND THOUGHT FISH SOUNDED GOOD. WASN'T EXPECTING MUCH BUT WAS VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND EVERYTHING COOKED TO PERFECTION AND VERY VERY TASTY! LOVED IT.
This place is great. Stopping there whenever I visit my mom. The cheesesteaks and the pastrami are crazy and the bennys game sandwich is out of this world. Tiny tiny place, but worth the drive and worth a wait.

I asked how lean pastrami was and didn't really have a clue. but I liked that they cut the meat to order per sandwich.
I love the cheese steak and homemade chip...great little place...friendly service..eat there at least once a week!!!! I recommend this diner to all my friends and family.

A good mom & pop neighborhood type. Excellent sauces. The pasta was perfect & the meats were robust.

When it was owned by Mike, I would have said those burgers were the best burgers I've had in my life! Had a burger from there after he sold the place and it tasted like every other burger. The new owners should have kept the same meat, bun & fry suppliers. Bring the old burgers back!

Mike, the former owner of Chris' hamburgers sold the store several years ago. It was good for those many years when Mike was there. It is now a Mexican restaurant that also sells hamburgers. Not as good as it was when Mike was there.

excellent sandwiches, great warmed rolls . I personally like the corned beef... "all the way" We have been to both store on Florida.

The Anchor Restaurant is now called the California Palms Restaurant and has fantastic food. Their steaks are amazing.
