I've been eating pho for a couple of years now and I fell in love with it! Pho 90 is my reg spot to go eat in fresno but me and my girl went to pho 75 to change it up. Right off the bat I have to say that the cleanliness of this restaurant was not the best. Could be a buzz kill for those picky eate...
The service is notably slow but the food was great. Tasty pilaf and an interesting cheese bourag.

Honestly the best cheesesteak you'll find outside of Philly! Had my first Philly cheesesteak at Joe's in Philly. This is as good or even better! The people are great too. Highly recommended. You have to get one with cheese wiz to get a real Philly type sandwich. Sounds funny but it's really good!

I was very disappointed!! The sweet & sour pork meat was 95% fat and very low grade pork. The pork chow mein, same problem, very low grade pork - the difference between steak & bolgna Could be nice - just upgrade the quality of pork
Just an absolutely fresh, delicious hamburger with no fancy frills. One of Fresno's best burgers along with Triangle and Angelo's. Consistent, consistent, consistent!
After a few trips to dine at Vineto, I can state that Fresno finally has a Southern Italian "gem" complete with fresh ingredients, flair and finesse in my neck of the woods(for northern Italian we are blessed with the absolutely marvelous Parma Ristorante).

Beware of the employees stealing your belongings and personal items at Pho` 75 (located on First & McKinley). Please be careful if you still consider eating there. This incident actually happened about two years ago but I still remember it well. We were regular customers until this incident happene...
