Pho 75-2 Oriental Restaurant

I give the food a 3 star, home-made pho is better, but what really made me give this restaurant a one star rating was it's service. I thought it was really unprofessional that one of the waitress came to me and my friends table to whisper and confide in us about the people being served in another table. This is what she said, " Damn f*cking hmong people are always so loud. I fucking hate hmong people." With that said I gave her the eye of death. Then she asked if I was hmong, I nodded and she shut up. I knew I should of just left, but wow really? I was so angry, but I didn't say anything. I still get angry thinking about it. I knew I should have told the manager and have her fired, but if they actually hired someone like that I am going to assume that that store hates all hmong people. So I'm telling all my hmong brothers and sisters , and in general pho-fanatics, never come here ever.

I hate this place. Customer service is horrible! I find (hair) in my bowl of Pho! They still try to charged me for the meal, but complanied and got that plate waived. The place has cockroach crawling all over the place! I've gotten food posion there before! I don't understand why that nasty dirty place has not gotten shut down! Not only that, they discrimanate on (Hmong) people and their #1 customers are Hmong customers!!!! I don't understand why people still go there!??! I go to (Pho place) on Mckinely and Chestnut, better customer service.

I LOVE this place. apparently the people who have a problem w/ this place don't understand how pho places work. You sit yourself down, you get a menu, then order, eat and be on your merry way. you don't have the server hopping back every 5 minutes to check on you. They're a family based restaurant and if you aren't so uptight about having an "experience" then they are very friendly. I know most of the staff by name and I've only been going there for 3 years. Any other pho place i've gone has either given me food poisoning or the food was just bland. pho 75#2 is the best pho place in town, cheapest, best tasting and friendliest staff

I've been eating pho for a couple of years now and I fell in love with it! Pho 90 is my reg spot to go eat in fresno but me and my girl went to pho 75 to change it up. Right off the bat I have to say that the cleanliness of this restaurant was not the best. Could be a buzz kill for those picky eaters out there. Also the service is much slower than I'm used to as well, but the house special,( beef, seafood, chicken pho combo ),was off da hook! It was a delicious dish with plenty of meat and noodles as well. The broth and the pho as a whole was just great! This dish was also very ample in size. I consider myself a hearty eater and I couldn't finish the whole thing!( Though I did finish most) My girl got a shrimp fried rice dish which I didn't go nuts for but was an ok dish. Overall service and cleanliness not strong points of this place but the pho was delish!!!

Beware of the employees stealing your belongings and personal items at Pho` 75 (located on First & McKinley). Please be careful if you still consider eating there. This incident actually happened about two years ago but I still remember it well. We were regular customers until this incident happened to us. One afternoon, after my husband paid for our meal, we left and got into our car. After realizing that my purse was still in the restaurant, my husband went to retrieve my purse, but two minutes later, he came out and motioned me to come back in. I went back in and he said, "They say they don't have your purse. Are you sure you left it here?" I told him to ask another employee just for reassurance and I ran back out to the car to double check if my purse was in there. NOPE, no sign of my purse, so I ran back inside. Everyone was busy, no one wanted to talk to us. So we waited and waited. We went back to the customers who were sitting behind and in front of us. Both customers who sat in front and behind our table said nobody else came by the table except for the old employee that cleared up the table. I walked to the back of the kitchen near the restrooms where the old man was scraping the leftovers from the dishes to the trash. I asked him if he saw a purse when he cleared our table, and he quickly took it as an offense and defended himself. "No, I don't see your purse. I only clean table and dishes. I see nothing. I don't steal!" He quickly pushed his cart towards us and we walked back to the front. I went to the register and waited after the owner was done handling a customer. She managed to leave the cashier without acknowledging us, and that made me furious, so I looked behind the register to see if my purse was stashed there. Of course she saw that and came back to ask what I was doing and I told her that someone stole my purse. She assured me that it must have been a customer, which then my husband cutted her off and said that from the time we left and when he came back in to retrieve my purse was only a couple of minutes, so it couldn't have been possible if a customer came by to steal the purse unless they waited for us to leave and then steal it on their way out. However, the customers who sat around didn't see anybody else come by our table except for her employee who cleared the table and customers usually wouldn't lie. The owner went on about how honest and hardworking her employee was and that he would never do such a thing as stealing and that a customer must have taken it and left. I asked her about their video camera they installed behind their register which should have taped the incident and she told me it was broken. She told me she couldn't do anything else and reassured me that a customer must have done it and was already walking away until I told her that I wanted to check the back kitchen. She motioned her hands at me and said, "GO AHEAD! GO DIG IN THE TRASH!" and so I went....and the two employees back there thought I was crazy. One stood there and kept an eye on what I was doing. The other one walked across my path and tried to block me from going further and asked me what I was doing back there. I apologized to him and walked pass him to check their trash bins and right in between them, my purse was found stashed behind them!!! Apparently the thief who found my purse didn't have enough time to look into it. Now remember, we left the restaurant for no more than two minutes and it was gone. So when the thief saw my husband come back into the restaurant, he quickly threw my purse there and went back to clean. So I grabbed my purse and ran out to the front, held my purse up in the air and the whole time the owner just shook her head. They were scared. I told them I had no money in my purse except for personal identification and pictures of my children. How could somebody be so low and do this? The customers knew what had happened. The younger lady came out and showed us the sign saying that they were not responsible for any missing items, however I told her that one of their employees committed this wrong and lowlife act and they need to be held accountable for this wrongful act against their customers. We even pointed out to the employee who did it and the old coward wouldn't even dare look at us nor did he defend his innocence. We didn't threaten to call the cops, however we told them we would never eat there again and that we will make sure all our friends and family will do the same. We thought we did the right thing.
If a place is not honest about their service to their customers, why would you want to give business to them? Would you trust eating their food? Please be cautious and reconsider eating there and let others know what kind of business Pho 75 really is. I eat pho at PHO 90 now, located on fresno and clinton. their broth is not oily, it's tasty, their lettuce and cilantro are fresh, unlike PHO 75. and PHO 90 is quick.

The negative reviewer apparently didn't dine at the same Pho 75 as I've been going to a lot since it opened here many years ago. The large choice of pho entrees is first-rate, featuring some of the best prepared, freshest noodle in this whole town. Their roast duck chow fun is unique and wonderful. I've never had a service problem, but they are servers, not servants, and very thankfully not one of them will ever spoil your anticipation or appetite with that godawful, sappy prelude: "Hi, I'm (Lance, Barbie, Bobby, Buffy, etc.) and I'll be your server tonight." To top it all off, Pho 75 prices are quite reasonable. It's a terrific restaurant, always a sure repeater in my book. It's our huge good luck to have it here in Frezburg.

i think that this restuarant is ok. not good. they have good food i admit, but then i am a good customer person. if they have communication and bad attitude, i will never go there again. and yes pho 75 do have really bad bad customer services. bad communication and they charges a lot of things that are not nessary. like for refilling waters. i thought that was ridiculious.and they also charge you if they made a mistake on your order, and they have to redo your order again. i do not recommend this restuarant at all!!!!!!!!

well i thought that this was the most rudest pho restuarant i have been too. i can not believe people were telling me to go and try the place. i was very disappointed and angry with all the staff! first of all they did not refill waters, all the staff looked so annoyed if you were to ask them a question about some of the dish, and they made a mistake on my order, and i have to wait 20 minutes for the server to come back and correct the error.but instead they did not come back, i walk over to one of the staff member to tell them that my order was not correct. instead of making another fresh dish for me, they serve me the same dish except REMOVE SOME OF THE VEGETABLES OFF THE DISH with their hands! this was total unprofessional. when i request for another fresh plate, they refuse to make me another one because they believe to have fix my dish already! i did not attempt to eat it and told the server that i do not want the order no more, and she says that i still have to pay for it because they made it already. why should i pay something for the food that was not serve correctly? with rude rude staff! maybe if they would have apoligze, i would have reconsider. but i totally do not recommend this place for anybody.
