Excellent authentic Thai, with outstanding service! My favorite Thai place in town.
Great flavors& textures, but with big city pricing in small town Chico. Ginger shrimp at $10.99 contained only four little shrimp. That's $3.52 per tiny shrimp with tax and tip included. Give me a break! We will not be making a return visit!
Sophia's is located in a space where many restaurants have failed before. I love Thai food and have even been to Thailand to taste the real deal. I would Sophia's the lowest of the five Thai restaurants in Chico. The food was nicely presented but bland for Thai food. The service was very poor...
Amazing food! Fresh, authentic, and a good amount for your money. I am a fan of Chada Thai but definitely prefer Sophia's. It's in a bit of a funny location and the parking is in the back, but the food is definitely worth it!!
