I had the best dinner at Capri and they also have a great wine list. I feel like I am at home when we eat there.They make you feel like family. I have read some of the comments from others and they say the food is not good maybe they are comparing to Olive Garden. Capri is true authentic italian homemade food I LOVE IT!! I could eat there every night but then I would be living at the gym:) I would recommand this resturant to everyone.

I was at Capri on 11/03 and I waited an hour to be seated and it was worth the wait. There was a man complaining that he was waiting too long. The owner went out of his way to bring him a free appetizer. I don't understand people, after they ate there appetizer they didn't want to wait anymore. They had the nerve to ask for there money back for the drinks they had and the managment gave them back there money. In total , there was four of them. It was my first time at Capri and it was worth the wait. The man that did this should be embarrassed because I know the group of people he was with walked out before him and they were happy to wait. They understood, I think that this man had too much to drink.

My girlfriends and i went too capri, on wensday night, its ladies night. The martinis we had were the best i have ever had that we had to go back the following night for my girlfriends birthday. there were 6 of us and we had every martini on the list, and the bartender was great, he had us laughing he made are friends birthday wonderful. I recommend the chocolate, pama, the cosmo, i cant remmember them all but we will be going to capri every wedesday night for ladies night. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

I havnt had Italian food that good since my grandma was around. It brought back some great memories. Capri is now my favorite resturant to go to. The environment was great. They moved their location. Its now at 2155 City Gate Lane. Its still in Naperville. The people in there were so friendly. I will go back and next time I am going with alot more of my friends. We went on a Wednesday night and the bar had a piano player and homemade liquor. They have great drinks, food, and environment. I will be going back soon!!! Go for yourself and see how great this place is!

Andy Rovito,gave me a check for a chihuahua puppy which he let run around the restaurant, the check was written on a closed account, so therefore he has stolen the puppy. The check amount was 674.00 and he gave me cash that I did not count at the time being in a restaurant, when I did count it , it was $50. short of the 300 cash. I called his mom and she said oh no he gave it to you. Brother Joe had said his wife was sending check out but that got lost too. Beware of checks from the son Andy Rovito.

This gem is tucked in to a strip mall, but is supposed to be moving soon which is a good thing because I think their kitchen is too small and sometimes timing of a meal is an issue when they are full up.
The food is the real deal. I grew up on the east coast with "real" Italian food and Sunday dinners, this by far surpasses any other attempts by local Italian places tat claim authenticity.
The fmaily that own Capri are gracious, lovely warm people they know how to make guests feel welcomed!!

I made a reservation for 7:30 on 11/03/07.
I waited until 8:00 and had to leave. Nobody was
leaving the restaurant meaning that the tables
were occupired. They led 8 parties to tables
between 7:30 and 8:45 and kept saying that we were next. Apparently the tables were left empty saving them for those 8 parties, since nobody was leaving from the restaurant after dinners. All of the 8 parties appeared to friends of the host.
I would never go there again or reccomend it to
anyone.
