We absolutely love The Burger Factory! We usually order "The Factory Special" because it is so delicious and filling. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. We really missed this place when it was under renovations.

I went to the Nairn store and I was looking forward to having chicken that I have not had in years. Was I ever disappointed!!! I can see why people just go there for take out..no air conditioning, only two drink selections, and sticky seating. Will never go back there again!!!!
I did not buy this food. My brother decided to go on a diet so he sent it over to my place. I loved it! It reminded me of the old days when you got more food than you paid for. It was absolutley delicious. Old style chinese takeout experience.
I will recommend to everybody.

I really enjoyed myself, I brought my sales people from Montreal there they also enjoyed it. I'll bring them back. I'm writing this because I had at least 20 people lined up for Mar,4th. To see the band slow motion walter. Just found out it was cancelled little dissapointed.
Food is consistently excellent; and they are easily spiced up if you ask; seafood food soup and pork and bamboo shots and curried shrimp are my favorites as well as sezuan noodles.
this restaurant has the rudest waitresses and the worst service of any restaurant that I have been in since I came to Winnipeg.Also the smallest portions and the most expensive sandwiches and salads.

We are regulars at the restaurant and the owner knows that. We ordered food for take out, and they gave us a potato instead of fries (we really wanted fries, and they didnt even give anything to put on the potato, nothing! not even butter) and I talked to the owner and he was extremely rude about it...
