Our meal was very sub standard. I have eaten at Sushi restaurants all over Vancouver and beyond, and this was not up to par. The portions were pitifully small. The salmon sashimi was mealy and didn't taste fresh at all. The 'crab'in the rolls tasteless mush. The tempura sauce was unlike anythin...
DO NOT go to this restaurant. I ordered a salad and the lettuce was rotten and slimy. The miso soup bowls smelled like bleach and the california roll was the smallest roll that I have ever seen. The slimy salad totally put me off my meal. Gross. I will never go back.
Worst sushi ever folks. Toro small/stale/extra fishy, dynamite roll small/soggy/filled with pollock, chicken yakisoba charred/noodles soy stained/runny/bland/tasted weird, miso soup tasted very strange and disgusting. And it was moderately priced? Friendly staff.
I don't know why I keep going back to this restaurant. Service is usually poor and food just OK.
