Dirty establishement. The dish with tofu had probably been deep-fried 8 times over. Did not even had a bite of it. No refund or "can we offer you anything else?" Dirty cutlery with black dried food on it. No quality check by server to make sure food was okay. Places like Saigon Restaurant should...
Food was awful, service was terrible, dirty, expensive, and cheap on meat, didn't have the sauces all other vietnamese places have. Not real vietnamese food. Overall was terrible and would rather go eat mcdonalds.
Good food. More Chinese than Vietnamese. Service depends on timing- they get very busy Thursday and friday nights. Typical paper napkin, plastic tablecloth Chinese food ambience. As far as value i refer to #1 Good Food -sometimes excellent!
