food incredible. waiter, not so much. too in your face. tone down. take lessons from the witress. she's great. we always go and will continue.

The very Best Italian food I have found in RI. The food is so incredible, I cannot stress how incredible the food is. I had Lobster Ravioli in a pink Alfredo sauce, oh my. I was in heaven.
My companion ordered a veal dish, which I tasted....the veal melted in my mouth, the red sauce was like my grandmother made, incredible.
If the best Italian food is what you seek, go to Realis in Johnston, RI, it is there.
Ambiance is romantic, soft lighting, oak bar, Sinatra crooning, candles on tables. A place where you won't be rushed out of your seat immediately, sit, have another cocktail.

The food is always great and has been that way for years, The service is friendly,you have to remember it is a small family run business but that is what also makes it special.

I visited the restaurant for the "two-for" special. Although the food was good the service was not. When asked if a salad came with the meal I was rudley answered by the waiter. I believe his words were "For $33.95 are you kidding?" The waiter then proceeded to explain what little money if any did they make off these meals. I did not need to know that much information nor did I expect such a reaction. I did not ask in a tone that would suggest the salad had to come with the meal it was simply a question that most likely would have lead to "Could I order a salad?"

While I have recommended the restaurant in the past since this was not the first time I visit Reali's, I might be apprehensive to recommend it again. I was very insulted by the incident.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS RESTAURANT....
WE DON'T DO ITALIAN ANYWHERE ELSE.
It is small, which to me means quiet, and I prefer that to the noisy chain restaurants.
It is not super fancy, so no need to get all dolled up. What you get is impeccable food and service in a casual fine dining setting.
