Went to Razoos on Bryant Irvin Rd and was seated at a booth next to the bar.It was freezing so we asked our waitress if we could be moved to another table where it wasnt so cold. She said she would have to talk to her manager. While we were waiting another waitress walked up and said we cant move you to another because it will be taking tables away from me.I was shocked. Our waitress finally came back to the table and said she was gonna move us to another table and did not know the other waitress told us that but did tell us that they were already aware of the problem they were having with that area being too cold because something was going on with the air conditioner. Our waitress apologized to us for everything and was very nice. She said her mgr would have a talk with the other waitress. The food was very good and the service was very good except for one rude waitress who apparently didnt realize how important it was to keep the customers happy but was more worried about how much money she would not make if she gave up one of her tables.

Have dined here many times and have never had a complaint. The food is great and well proportioned for the price. The catfish "poboy" is something I look forward to having.

Great place, great service and a lot of fun. Try the Gator Punch, one gallon of alcohol for $15! best deal downtown. But don't forget to bring some friends you need to be at least 4 to order it. Try the gator tail and other cajun fantaises... O ...

Once you have eaten at this place you will never go anywhere else in Fort Worth for Cajun Creole Food. Chef Charles is a real cajun from Louisisna and he cooks only authentic cajun creole food....Try the Po'Boy you won't regret it

I am not a food critic, but am a concerned consumer. I had on 1/27/02, the cajun e'ttoufe. I was assuming that this chain had the same service and great food that the downtown Ft. Worth site had, but I was wrong. My biscuit with my entree had a hair in it, and the entree tasted fishy towards the end, the beginning of it was great. The manager did not seem to care of this situation nor did the waitress. I do like cajun food at the downtown site, and would rather go to McDonald's that visit the Bryant-Irving Road location again. I hope that this review get's to the management of this resturant and hope that other consumers do not have to go through the same shabby food and service that I went through, and yes, we, unfortunately paid for this. Thanks, Scott M. Coen
