It has been some time since I was at the brewery, but its always a priority when traveling through NH. The beers are always a great reason. This time however the food dominated, the beer was as always- excellent. There was a "Brewers Table" menu that sounded very interesting. I tried the lavander duck and my friend had the sage tuna, both were incredible! (the rissotto that came with the duck was a hair over done). I was amazed to see this wonderful creativity at a brew pub. Most pubs have around the same style of food. There was more of a restaurant feel to the menu. Service was good but the knowledge of some of the items seemed a little lacking. I asked if there had been a change in management or something and I was told that they have a new chef. Compliments, keep up the good work
