BE CAREFUL about untrained employees & managers at this location who argue with customers! I ordered 16 piece combo, with 3 large sides, 8 biscuts,, then changed the order to the 12 piece combo with 2 large sides and 6 biscuits. The girl messed up voiding the order and actually rang up over $90, so she called a manager or someone to help her. He voided the order, re-took it and told her to fill the order that I had just repeated to him. After it was packed up, I noticed that the special this week/month was 11 pieces, with 2 large sides and 6 biscuits for $11.99, but I was charged $24.99! When I mentioned this to the girl that I wish I'd seen the sign before and saved myself from buying a $6 piece of chicken she said "Yeah, I know". No offer to correct it, no appology, nothing. So I left, got home and found out that she only gave me 10 pieces, not $12. There were other things wrong with the order too, so I called to complain to a manager. Whoever this so called manager was, argued with me about the time I said I came in (15-20 min before my call) since the other manager had already left. I told her that it was whatever time it took me to get home, and that it shouldn't matter since I was the customer. SInce I didn't know the name of the stupid girl who waited on me, or the name of the guy who assisted, she (in my opinion) complained that she was going to have to talk to all of her staff. I said that this was a good thing, since good customer service should include notifying customers about the specials so that they can save the money to come back again. Needless to say, the conversation didn't get much better. SO BEWARE of this location and the poorly trained staff and managers that really DON"T care about customer service. Such a shame, since we really missed this location while it was shut down for a long time.. . .. . Good luck if you do order, since what I'm seeing on other posts is similar.

They just opened a few weeks ago. It used to be a place called Chuy's. I stopped going into Chuy's because the Manager was rude to me when I politely asked to turn the 105 decibel juke box down a bit. THIS IS NOT CHUYS
