Staff very friendly and made you feel welcome, one of the few restaurants to give you a choice of salad and/or baked potato, excelent no chips

My co-workers and I took a seasonal employee to Pippins, the food was great, the order was correct and our waiter was wonderful. I also took my husband a to-go dinner and the waiter waited until we were leaving to bring me the food so that it would be nice and hot for my husband. I give a definite 4 Star rating

I don't know what the folks from St Louis expect but we have been eating at Pippins when we visit Naples for around 20 years and have had a great meal with great service everytime. If you want a great meal everytime then this is the place to go.

Prices too high for salad bar styled resturant akin to Ryan's Steakhouse, or maybe Neapolitans don't know any better. Our waiter tried hard, but didn't have his heart in it; maybe they were understaffed.
