words cannot express the poor everything about this place. a few years back it was a pretty good place to dine, but now (3/16/09) what a hole!
dont waste your money or time!! try Pho 81 across the street.They are Very friendly and actually care about food and customer service. Oh yeah, the food is pretty good too!!
