The management of Down the Hatch are completely idiotic. The food is atrocious, and the service is extremely dreadful. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody.

This restaurant is a terrible choice for anything, particularly seafood. It has been there for a long time and we tried it twice after moving here. Just plain terrible. The sauces try to overpower the entree. My wife and I will never eat there again. Anyway, it's probably going to close soon to make way for a condominium.

WE DINED HERE AT EASTER..FOOD WAS VERY GOOD, SERVICE WAS GREAT, BUT UNLIKE MOST OF THE OTHER RESTAURANTS IN FLORIDA, THEY WOULD NOT TELL US WHAT WAS IN THE FOOD OR A PARTICULAR RECIPE..I DON'T OWN A RESTAURANT BUT I WOULD HAVE LIKE TO TRY TO RECREATE THEIR KEY LIME PIE AT HOME..IT WAS EXCELLENT AS WERE THEIR HUSH PUPPIES

I loved this resurant the atmosphere was great and i loved the deck that you sat on to wait.

Too noisy for atmosphere, too much hustle and bustle with little attention to detail. Felt like is was a hash house. Food was very good and will dine again but not for the overall experience just the food.
