Welcome To Panaretto!
The history of the Panaretto: Panaretto is the name of the wooden serving place. It is traditional in the Venice area for serving polenta. Our pizzas are served on the panaretto to make the process of cutting the pizza easier and to preserve the crust by eliminating the condensation that a common plate generates.
Our Story: The Panaretto was born in the hills of the Valley of the Agno in 1989. One year later, in October of 1991, Fabio moved the restaurant to a new and improved location. The Panaretto has always received recognition and praise for the quality of the ingredients, the service, the technological innovation and the satisfaction of its customers. Expectations have been exceeded every step of the way and great investments and the years of experience made the Panaretto one of the best pizzerias. After Fabio fell in love with Ft. Lauderdale, the Venice of American, he decided to open a second Panaretto and give customers here the opportunity to try our fabulous pizzas.
