North Liberty Restaurant Guide

My first visit to Palms and my last. All in one night. Restaurant was freezing cold and my group had to dine with our coats on. Food was totally inedible and when pointed out to the owner, no other menu item was offered to me. I was not able to eat my item and since I brought this to the attention of the owner, thought I might at least get something off my bill, but was charged full price for something that I didn't eat. Owner has no clue on how to handle complaints. I never complain, so it had to be bad. Totally inedible and I will never go back there. I do not recommend this place at all.
