Founded in the 1980's, Paisano's Restaurant is situated at the junction of Routes 106 and 27 in the heart of Kingston, Massachusetts, a town known for its historic sites and buildings, as well as, warm and inviting citizens. Paisano's, the friendly Italian greeting used to indicate "friend", has invited guests to join us time and again for authentic Italian cuisine and represents a tradition in Kingston and the South Shore.
