After two visits, I will never go to another Outback franchise. The steaks are sub-standard Choice cuts- not prime or Black Angus - and are poorly seasoned, bland and dry. The "Alice Chicken" was outright awful- obviously pre-cooked and kept in a warmer- it was like eating old shoe leather. The "blooming onion" rates a good for presentation, but was over-salted and extremely greasy. Shrimp and seafood were not fresh and over-cooked. The only decent dish were the vegetables- perfectly steamed, still fresh tasting and crispy. I ordered a Manhattan from the bar and ended up with a glass of mostly ice and sweet vermouth- no garnish, little whiskey. The waitstaff seemed to be mostly high school students and not at all professional.
