Sharing a passion for delicious food from around the world we always wanted to own a neighborhood restaurant offering great quality food at an affordable price.
In each action we take we will relate back to our core belief in sustainability.
We use 100% recycled paper and fully compostable products in our restaurant as well as plastics made from corn for easy biodegrading. We compost as much of our food as possible and we only use anti-biotic free meats.
As of May 20th we have started recycling our oil through a local company for use in creating biofuel.
We use recycled and repurposed materials in our design and we will continue to explore ways to embody a sustainable life; both at home and in our business. And of course, most importantly, we still serve quality, handmade, local food, consistently to our Park Hill neighbors and beyond.
We are committed to teaching and supporting our team members and guests to lead sustainable lives by providing information here and in our restaurant on what we do and what you can do to protect the earth and its inhabitants for the long term.
We are committed to the sustainable development of our team members and the guests we serve. We will work to support our local economy and our neighbors by keeping our food consistent, healthy and affordable. We will make every effort to keep our prices low while providing a stable and positive effect on our neighbors that we serve as well as the ones we employ.
