Parking there is atrocious so after having tried on several occasions to go to this restaurant we finally got a parking space and were excited to finally dine and hang out at this well advertised restaurant.
Once we got our food our server never returned to our table. I had ordered an appetizer and wanted to order more food, but ended up elsewhere eating and completely unsatisfied. I went up to the bar to get my own drink after having waited over half an hour for my server. I finished the drink, still no server. We decided that the night of fun had to come to an end before 7 p.m. The server showed up while we were getting our tab from the bar and I refused to deal with her since she had pretty much decided not to see about us.
The restaurant was not crowded. There were plenty of available tables and plenty of servers around.
There was no explanation or apology given by management as to why our service was so poor.

The management of Down the Hatch are completely idiotic. The food is atrocious, and the service is extremely dreadful. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody.

Food was mediocore and overpriced. Oh and I got food poisioning. Service was terrible. Place was small and loud. Eat elsewhere ESPECIALLY if you want to order seafood.
