This is a neighborhood "Old Wythe" restaurant that has been at this location on Kecoughtan Road, Hampton, Virginia for ages. When I was in the seventh grade at Wythe Junior High, I was a member of the Junior Exchange Club and the Exchange Club of Hampton would take us to the Oasis for supper. The menu is excellent and is varied plus there are ample waitresses and staff to serve you. The Oasis is a meeting place for the Wythe neighborhood and there are regulars at both breakfast and dinner. It is like Cheers where everyone knows your name. The only negative is they are only open to 8 p.m. on Fridays, the rest of the week they close at 2 p.m.

such a comfortable and friendly place, and the food was very good. traditioanl southern adn greek fare.

We went to this restaurant with a group of friends, wait staff is very rude, food that came out took over and hour, over cooked and when it finally came out was cold, then we were still charged for it and took over 30 mi

The absolute worst experience. I have ever had. I have had all the way to 5 star and I must say trash. Nice surrounding but a let down. Service ridiculous. Waited 45 mind to get food and had to remind server to check
