What do you call a deli owned by a mortgage broker, a international financial advisor and a full time mom? You call it Nosher's of course!!! Steve Galin, Tamara and Danny Levine decided to put their careers on hold and bring to Tamarac the very best in a New York style deli. Nosher's is located at 7134 North Nob Hill Road in the heart of King's Point.Steve opened the original Best Deli of Tamarac back in 2003. During this time, South Florida was experiencing the housing boom and Steve decided to purse a career as a mortgage broker and open his own firm in Ft. Lauderdale.After Steve sold Best Deli in 2003, the place was never the same; several owners came and all quickly went just as fast. Tamarac needed a real deli, not just a place to grab a sandwich. Tamarac needed a place where you're an instant regular and you're always eating amongst friends. And most importantly, Tamarac needed a place where the bagels taste like New York, the sandwiches are overstuffed with the finest meats and the soups, salads and knish's are homemade daily.Tamarac needed Nosher's DeliSteve partnered (in the Deli) with longtime friends Tamara and Danny Levine of Parkland. Tamara brings her contagious smile to Tamarac as well as their gorgeous children, Landon and Joie. The three University of South Florida Alums bring experience, knowledge and an overall understanding of a clean, quality and friendly restaurant with outstanding food. Also included in the partnership is Jerry "The Guru" Schepps. Jerry is known throughout South Florida as the top gun in the business and his gorgeous catering platters are second to none.
