After shopping at First Tuesday, we decided to try something new (Nonna's, which was very close-by). The waitress was both friendly & knowledgeable - very impressive, actually. She gave us a brief history of the restaurant, then made some menu suggestions (always welcome in a new place). It was a Saturday afternoon and we were the only two customers. Not ravenously hungry, we decided to split a sub. After we ordered, we were informed that there is a $2 "splitting fee" - probably intended to guarantee a bit more profit for the establishment, but, instead, a guarantee that we will not be back. The sub was very good, although the bread was too crisp. If not for the "splitting fee", we'd have become regulars, as the menu contains alot of interesting items we would have loved to explore.

My Fiance and I have eaten here many times before. We have always had a great meal and been surrounded by friendly people. The Garlic knots are amazing as well as any dish that is served.
