Incredibly delicious. I chose a Thursday for my first time at an Ethiopian restaurant, mostly because I figured like any other restaurant, it would not be as busy compared to a Friday or Saturday night. They helped me through the menu and how to eat it with the Injera bread. The Lamb Tips is so very flavorful and the juice that comes with it includes lemon and garlic, and you can’t go wrong with that. If you, too, have not a chance to eat Injera bread, it is a spongy, sour flavor to it and it was wonderful with the juice of the Lamb Tips. What I didn’t know, or maybe still don’t, is if I should have eaten the bread the food was served on (Yes, served on), I totally would have.
