The food is lackluster at best.Every time I go, it doesn't improve. The hostess should go back to working at the DMV.

A diner from Manassas Va

Called in there on a friday evening after driving for 8 hours for a bite to eat.
From the word go I felt at home, the waitress (Grace) was so welcoming, friendly, polite, helpful & charming I wondered why they all can't be like that everywhere you eat.
The food was superb, $ 13.99 for liver & onion that put many a steak to shame, with sidedishes of mixed veg and mashed potato all freshly prepared and certainly not out of a tin. THe split pea soup was delightful too, as was the selection of breads to accompany it.

Have to agree with a previous poster; the service here is terrible. The person who appears to be a manager has waited on me twice with the same result: my food took way too long to get to me and she acted as if I was bei
