Nepal Cuisine has been feeding Boulder for over five years. Machhendra and Ratna Shrestha are originally from Nepal and have been living in Colorado since 1992. Nepali cooking is in Chef Ratna's blood, her father ran restaurants in Kathmandu, Nepal for over 35 years! We look forward to welcoming you at our South Boulder restaurant.
