This store has come a very long way over the last year with the new management. The manager, Zita Steen, goes above and beyond to make sure our meal is just the way we want it. The store is clean, the people are friendly and the food just continues to improve.

I went to mrs. winners feb the 7th about 8:00 pm I waited for someone to come to the intercom for about 3 to 4 minutes when they came they were not friendly,I got to the window the young man told me he asked me for my order,I never heard a word for about 3 to 4 minutes, I ask for spicy chicken at the window he told me I should had said that at the window,when you do not come get the oders like you are suppose to what do you expect,I told them that they need to be more professional.I also got cursed out by two little friends of theirs.That is not a place to go and socialize when the employes are suppose to be working,they were entertaining their friends.The chicken was cold and hard,I wanted to take it back but I was afraid of getting beat up by those two young girls no respect at all.I will never go there again enough is enough.

Mrs. Winners,
I live in Newell Alabama, and when I go to Conyers Georgia to visit my brother which is about 1 1/2 hours away, I always stop by Mrs. Winners restaurant to eat dinner because they serve steak biscuits every hour of the day. And I would like to see a Mrs. Winners. restaurant built in either Wedowee Alabama, or either Anniston Alabama which is about a 30 minute drive from where I live.
Your food is very good food and it would be real great if you would open up a restaurant in one of these two locations. The nearest Mrs. Winners restaurant is in Birmingham Alabama which is about 1 1/2 hour drive from here.
I know you would get a lot of business from the customers who live in these two areas if you would build a store in either of these two locations.
