Springfield Restaurant Guide

We have been eating here for several years and have not had any bad experiences here. The ribs are excellent and where can you get a sirloin steak dinner for under $15.00 in good quality, sure there are kids here but remember we were kids once.live and let live and enjoy the food. After all it's what you came for and it's good

Read the other reviews, and other than the drexel hill review agree with most points. Moes is definitely the place to go to watch sports, I think I counted 22 tvs. They even play high school football and hockey games. And the beer is the coldest in town. Servers are very friendly (who really needs a hostess in a genuine sports bar) and the food is always fresh and at the right price. Nothing on the menu over $20, and the rib/chicken or rib/shrimp combo, fries, salad, veggies is the best around. Great sandwiches, and the new menu is loaded with options. Been there often and plan on continuing...there is just no place better to go locally, with great food and service, and friendly customers.

Yeah so obviously read the drexel hill review and take it with a grain of salt. Anyone who uses awful grammar and spelling like that and says they are in the business is obviously not working at the Ritz and is probably not an expert. Probably Some angry competition. I had a great meal and the atmosphere was nice ss well.

Moe's is a great place to watch sports. I watch the games on sunday afternoon and then my wife joins me for dinner. They are very supportive to the local schools and charities. I always see their name in the programs of the schools around Springfield. They have the coldest draft beer in delaware county.

We dine at Moe's 2-3 times a month. It is a favorite with our 3 kids. Weekends can be loud sometimes, but only because the place is busy. The food is good and the kids meal are a great buy because they include drink and dessert. We have recommended it to all our neighbors, and quite often see them there. Thumbs up to Moes.

Well we began our expirence with a host with her back turned from the door. she turns and reply's oh. were sat the table next to us is a loud party with a few children .. no problem they leave around 20 mmins later busser/waitress cleans the table but fails to clean the few wings bones under the table . they sit there our entire meal . i order nacho's there cold most like due to sitting in a window waiting for the burgers to cook that my friends were having .i dont like to but sent them away and order something else . maybe i dont the table next to us order nacho's after being sat on mins prior got them what seemsed to be only like 2 to 3 mins after sitting were the mine makes me wonder,my new meal was under cooked not sure who ran it but dropped in off and walked off .. waitress after 3/4 of the meal replys oh refils huh 5 more mins we get them... ask to speak to a manager 5 more mins or so Bruce/Butch something to the effect comes over my friend explain with a calm voice explains how i was disisifed w/ my meal i dont like to complain being in the field myself .. after we just goes ok just how he composed self maybe me more peved going oh alright when we tell him what happend i mention sir not to mention you dining room is a pig sty mention the wings his reply " kids eat here there messy we cant excactly get a vaccumm and clean around you" And walks away im a shiftleading i get they cant vaccuum because we had servers do that mid shifts w/ a mini semi noiseless vac and got a email but a a broom and pan are noiseless or picking it up with a napkin is this to out ladish? we wait a few more for the checkwe have to ask for it by saddly walking towards the micro/cpu where food is put in we peer in kitchen flors are gross servers playing with there hair which is a nono in most resturants and even worse servers eating food out of the window where food is put up again with me being in the feild this does happen a lot since we go long hours w/o food sometimes lots on weekends but to let a guest we it let lone look at us and still eat it w/o walking away horrid . we wont be back we well do the 3 person rule and more of telling people not to attend there place of bussiness not to be jerks about the situation but to warn people about there low way of handling people part of the serivice which is the most important your custmore who can make or break your buisness . WE WERE DISAPOINTED FROM THE ENTERANCE TO THE EXIT , and they didnt have any effort to recover from the losses they failed out .PLEASE READ THIS EVERYONE THANK YOU.
