I just returned from having dinner at Mizuna. A rack of lamb DOES NOT constitute two ribs and a small amount of meat (which tasted like pot roast) sprinkled with small slices of a fingerling potato. I looked at several recipes online and a rack of lamb is MORE than 3 ribs. Service was OK. The male wait server was extremely rude. Food was also very salty. Being a Concierge in Denver, I can not recommend your restaurant. Way, way overpriced.
