The Mexico Lindo story begins with its two driving forces, Brenda and Troy. This couples vision is to bring a small piece of old world Mexico and allthe traditions that it has to offer here to central Florida. Brenda was born and raised in Puerto Penasco, Sonora, Mexico and moved tothe United States when she was a teenager. At the age of 17 she startedworking in restaurants, fell in love with it and has never looked back. Brenda is the driving force in the kitchen and is the creator of all thewonderful flavors that are coming out on each plate.

Troy has been in the restaurant business for close to 20 years. His lovefor customer service and interacting with the guest is what has made himsuccessful in the restaurant business.
