Went to this restaurant two weeks ago for coffee. When the cashier Karina got my cup from behind the counter, a small cockroach crawled onto the counter. She smashed it, but did not clean the counter. Karina told the manager of the problem but the manager ignored her and kept on working. I called the 1800 number posted on the front door and left my name and number, alo g with a voice mail of what happened. Mcdonalds never got back to me. I'll probably contact the health department to get the lates restaurant inspection. I have not gone back to this particular restaurant.
