Fontana Restaurant Guide

I live right by McDonalds right here in Fontana right off of Sierra Ave. I love the food so I will never stop going there...it's my favorite spot.But I have to complain this time because it's already happened 3 times within the last 2 months. And this seems to only happened at night.
I went and I ordered 2 big mac sandwiches w/no onion,1 20 piece Chicken McNuggets and 2 large french fries, and 1 hamburger plain. I paid 21.00 dollars for this order. I feel this is a lot of money. It's usually worth every bite. But since this is 3x's to many I decided to do something about it. That is why i am informing you about this matter. Instead of my 20 piece chicken mcnugget I recieved 2 Big macs with onion and one of them only had 1 patty and both my french fries were not even fresh and usually the box is filled and it was not. Since I was on my way to Rancho Cucamonga I could not go back but This really got me upset, My kids say they don't want to go back their because they keep messing up our order. I'm really fortunet to believe that you will do something about this. look for the receipt through the drive thru it was about 8:00-8:30 pm

I been to this Mcdoanalds several times and didnt like their service there. some of the workers are rude and dont put in the right things in our bags someone needs to watch these workers or get new ones. I no longer go to his mcdonalds anymore and i have told others friends and family how lousey this mcdonals is
