Its 4:00 in the afternoon and Max and Zelda are enjoying their customary "Tea Time" pastry and coffee at the oasis. "Look Max, Babs just handed me the new dinner menu," says Zelda.

"Ummmm...steaks, shrimp, wonderful salads, and fresh vegetables, home-made breads, and look, Dear, all these specials...selections from the recipes gathered during our various travels."

Max puts down his autographed copy of "Adventures of Famous Scoundrels" by Ali Bebe Tuttle and picks up his copy of "Favorite foods of the philosophers" to compare with the menu.

"Wonderful, says Max! Jack and Babs haven't chosen anything listed here. Their menu listings all sound delicious and fresh, homemade desserts as well. There's nothing like home cooking."

"Say, Babs, save us a Moonrise Booth, two of the specials and two hot bread puddings with whisky sauce for tonight," says Max.

"One whisky and one with whipped cream," says Zelda.

Of all the places to watch the moon come up in Fredericksburg, only one serves great food and coffee.
