If you like breakfast, this is the place to go. I live in Michigan but spend a lot of time in the Chicago area. This place, as well as their other locations, is EXCELLANT! I have been here with groups from 2 to 12 people and have never had to wait too long to get seated. Fast service, HUGE portions, great food. If there is a negative it is their coffee could be a little stronger. But hey, its a pancake house, not a coffee shop.

Food took a long time to be served, came cold, not cooked according to menu. French Bread was cold and hard, mushroom were not sauteed, cheese was only partly melted, fries were cold. Waitress talked to management about problem, told that is the way it is. We told hostess and she laughed. Not happy about the whole experience cost $20.00 to be insulted and laughted at by management. I rate this restraunt as past it prime, trying to live on old repuation and cutting quality and service, and raising prices.
