My family and I have been loyal customers of Luigi Ortega's in Pasadena for years because we liked their food and the atmosphere. When we started ordering food for home delivery though, we noticed that the house salad portions were always significantly different. The delivered house salad was sometimes equal to, sometimes half of, and sometimes a quarter of the portion we were given when dining at the restaurant. When I called the owner/manager yesterday, to request that he have someone deliver more salad (since we paid for two full portions and only received two quarter portions...again), he said that he didn't need our business any longer and hung up on me, without even offering me a refund. I then went to the restaurant to get my money back, and instead of giving me a refund, he threatened to call the police on me. UNBELIEVABLE!!! My family and I will never eat at Luigi Ortega's again, and I will personally steer my friends away from this place.

First time trying their pupusas and it left me wanting some more. My hubby is out getting me some. Oh and the agua de frutas is soooooo goood!!!

I LOVE EATING AT DOMENICOS. THE PRICES MAY SEEM A LITTLE HIGH BUT YOU DO RECEIVE A GOOD AMOUNT OF FOOD FOR WHAT YOU PAY. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO ENJOYS ITALIAN FOOD.
