Of all the Chinese Buffet format restaurants in Fresno, Loy Loy's is the best. Their buffet is stocked with the freshest fare you're likely to see in this kind of restaurant.
Now, if you're not talking buffet, if you want to real deal, then D'Hou's (Palm & Belmont) is the quality winner in Chinese Cuisine in Fresno. IMHO.
