Liberty Bistro is a must stop when you are in the New Braunfels area and is definitely worth a drive if you are in San Antonio or Austin. They have a very diverse menu so whatever you are looking for they have it. The wine list is excellent as well. I've had seafood, pizza, lamb, steaks and have never been disappointed!!

They have a very diverse menu so whatever you are looking for they have it. The wine list is excellent as well. I've had seafood, pizza, lamb, steaks and have never been disappointed!!
