The seafood is great the pork ribs are the best in the world. I would sugest that people read
the historial marker on site before they call it

Good food and plenty of it in a huge, barn-like building. I'm not sure I'd like to see the kitchen, however.

Liberty Bistro is a must stop when you are in the New Braunfels area and is definitely worth a drive if you are in San Antonio or Austin. They have a very diverse menu so whatever you are looking for they have it. The

This was the worst BBQ I've ever had. Several people recommended it but will not go back. Tastes like immitation meat. The sauce is no good either.
