This used to be a great place to eat. Now the food is truly bad, as well as overpriced. Here you will find inedible meat served with a minimum of vegetables, pasta that comes in sticky clumps, "fresh" fried oysters that are obviously freezer-burnt, Eggs Benedict so watery you'll feel sick just looking at the puddle on your plate, and soup that seems made of yesterday's leftovers, also well-watered down. The drinks are prohibitively expensive, and the salad bar, once the best anywhere, has deteriorated terribly. The salad dressings are as old as the restaurant! Tell them to get a new chef already!!!

a diner from Norman, OK!
Don't listen to anyone who says this is not Norman's finest dining establishment. Period. It offers a menu selection equal to or better than in any megalopolis -- and the food is fresh and delectable. It is a bijou restaurant (elegant, with compact tables and seating), but five stars rule. It's worth a wait, if necessary. Enjoy this long-time jewel of central Oklahoma!
