Need advanced RSVP - upscale Vietnamese food

We visited this restaurant New Year's Eve, and were sure we chose the best restaurant in all of Chicago. This restaurant had a feel of colonial Vietnam the moment one entered. The service was attentive and enthusiastic. The wine selection was complete and high quality. The most fantastic thing of all, of course, was the food. Everything was superb and quite authentic, much to our relief. It's difficult to find a good Vietnamese restaurant, and we will frequently make the 500 mile journey just to eat here again and again.
