Restaurant Description

LAS BRASAS has the best carne asada tacos in town. Yes, we understand the immensity of that claim, but we stand behind it nonetheless. Our meat is of the highest quality and we grill it to tender perfection over mesquite coals. Other taco shops may do more volume by over cooking on greasy flat grills, but we take the time to do it right Las Brasas style over live coals. We serve the most delicious, flaky, tasty tortillas you have ever experienced. Top it off with a trip to our salsa bar where everything is fresh and pure down to the cilantro, onions, and let's not forget the salsa picante itself: a perfect blend of "just right" spicing paired with the Tucson's best pico de gallo. You just can't go wrong with our tacos, or anything else on our menu for that matter. Our enchilada recipe was handed down from a direct descendent of Pancho Villa's traveling chef. The mixed grill "La Parrillada" for two is a party in and of itself. People fight about our fajitas, so we reserve the right to not serve them when the mood is not perfect. And yes, our Sonora dogs are a bit different than the average Sonora dog... it's the mesquite grill. It all comes back to that...

A TON of fun! Nothing else like it in Tucson. Do everyone a favor and leave the little kids at home and pay the babysitter with what you would spend on the meal. Older kids (Jr. High and up) might pretend they are too cool to enjoy, or be embarrassed ...
