The owner is not friendly and the service poor at best. I had never been there and saw a groupon for it. I checked the menu on line and was excited and purchased the groupon. Was I ever disappointed. Perhaps she was angry that I was using a groupon, but the interesting sandwiches were all off limits and I was told I had to order from the "lunch" menu that was nothing more than what you would see at a deli counter in the grocery store on a much smaller scale. I had bologna and cheese and tunafish for the 2 sandwiches and could only have white, wheat or rye bread, no rolls or bagels. She also told me she had no onion to put on 1 of the sandwiches!!!The whole experience was very unpleasant. If she didn't want to do the groupon than she shouldn't have. I've had better sandwiches in cafeterias. Sorry. Perhaps her catering is good however, I won't even bother to check it out for events that I run through Westchester. Groupons are how I check out new and interesting venues to use for events that I run throughout Westchester and I'm certain other people do to to expand their offerings. She missed out on a possible long term opportunity.

Kim's Cafe is warm, friendly, and clean. The service is outstanding. Kim makes sure every detail is taken care of. Kim is a pleasure to deal with.
The cafe is a great place to hold meetings and Kim will oversee every detail. Top class place and top class lady! Mount Kisco is lucky to have her in their village!

The best bagels in Mount Kisco by far.
Kim treats you like family!! The bagels, wraps, sandwiches and soups are delicious.
Catering is her speciality.

The fried and rotisserie chicken was outstanding and had awesome sides to match. The chef greeted out table and was very hospitable. Our kids loved it. We'll be going back.

Food is fantastic. Pizza is good, salads are wonderfully fresh. Also used them for catering and the food was great. They provided servers too! Overall, great place!
