I hope you are all ready for this review...
Came here last night for a birthday dinner for an old friend so the 10 or so of us got the corner booth seats in the corner.
Before coming here, I didn't realize it was an "ALL YOU CAN EAT" joint so at first I was reluctant because AYCE usually means $$$, bad sushi, and no service.
I couldn't be more wrong.
Here's my breakdown.......
+1.5 STARS: SERVICE/QUALITY
Everyone was super attentive and made sure we got all of our orders in. They even gave us free shrimp balls apps which was such a tease because it was SUPER DELISH!! Since we were there for a birthday dinner, they even provided us with a nice slice of cake for the birthday boy!
The Nigiri that we got we all very fresh and had great texture. The sushi was well made to order and it came out very fast too.
+2 STARS: FOOD
MUST TRY:

Volcano (MY FAV!! It's baked scallops with CA roll)
Kenzo
Shrimp balls apps
Tempura (You would think it taste the same everywhere but I have tasted some funky ones at other places)
+1.5 STARS: OPTIONS/PRICE
I like the fact that we are not "forced" to pay AYCE price when we are not that hungry. I also think the price is really reasonable for what you get. I know there are a lot of AYCE places that offers you Nigiri but when you get it, the rice underneath is the same size as the fish on top.
Oh Kenzo... I hope you are ready for my empty stomach in the near future!
